UV-curing polyurethane acrylate coating - Introduction

UV-curable urethane-acrylate coating is a special type of coating, its properties and uses are as follows:

Nature:
1. Fast curing: Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the coating can be quickly cured into a hard film.
2. Wear resistance: The cured coating has high hardness and wear resistance.
3. High transparency: The coating has good transparency and is suitable for applications that need to maintain the appearance of the substrate.
4. Chemical resistance: The cured coating has excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals.
5. Weather resistance: The coating has good weather resistance and is not easily affected by environmental factors such as sunlight, high temperature and humidity.

Use:
UV-curable urethane-acrylate coatings are widely used in the following fields:
1. Wood products: can be used for furniture, wood floors, doors and windows and other protection and decoration.
2. Auto Parts: suitable for body, interior, painting and other parts of the coating.
3. Electronic products: can be used for mobile phones, tablet computers, televisions and other products shell coating.
4. Plastic Products: suitable for plastic products protection and appearance decoration.

Preparation Method:
The preparation of UV-curable urethane-acrylate coatings generally includes the following steps:
1. Select the appropriate urethane resin and acrylate monomer.
2. Mix urethane resin and acrylate monomer in a certain proportion.
3. Add a photoinitiator to promote the Photocuring reaction.
4. After mixing evenly, filter and Degas.
5. The resulting coating is coated on the substrate to be coated, maintaining a certain thickness.
6. The coated substrate is irradiated with ultraviolet light to be cured.

Safety Information:
When using UV-curable urethane-acrylate coatings, the following safety precautions should be noted:
1. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, such as accidental contact, please immediately rinse with plenty of water, and timely medical treatment.
2. The volatiles in the coating may be harmful to human health. It should be operated in a well-ventilated environment and personal protective measures should be taken, such as wearing gloves, work clothes, goggles, etc.
3. Pay attention to avoid swallowing and inhalation of paint, such as accidentally swallowed or inhaled, please seek medical attention immediately.
4. Store the paint in a cool, dry place, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
5. In the use and storage process, please comply with the relevant safety procedures and regulatory requirements. If required, refer to the safety data sheet provided by the coating supplier.
